this vax has nice suction, and the hair remover does pick up hair but the connection to the pipe holder broke on the vax machine as it can't take the weight with the attatchements held onto the tube. the vax is also fairly wide and bulky. comes with two bendable tubes which is really usefull and can reach suitable up the stairs with ease. All in all can't complain for £60.
Decent general performance. Deals with pet hair ok. Quieter and more potent than the budget model it replaced. A small heavier and much less manouverable than may be expected, but exactly where this would matter most (stairs) the extension hose tends to make up for it.
